I also have seen 2 eagles and 1 hawk in the past month..although I know that God loves me, i still feel left out because of my energy. Its almost TOO overwhelming for people! any advice!? Hello Tyler,

Energy is an amazing power and yes, at times having a lot of energy can overwhelm others.  There is a saying that has slipped my mind, but the ultimate meaning is to not let what others think affect you.  You are you and every person has unique gifts and challenges.  Free will is a gift that is given to each and every person.

Similar to how you can use free will to create the future path you wish to experience for yourself, others can use free will to decide that you are too energetic.  That is their choice, but can I ask you what energy you think others are using when they judge you as being "too much."  Is the judgement harnessing the light or temptation?

The question I suggest you ask yourself is whether you feel you could better manage your energy levels?  Does your energy help you make the decision and harness the light in your day to day life?  Or does it lead you down paths you wish not to go down?  There are ways to manage energy that may assist you in creating your future for how you see it.  There is a page on meditation - something that is great for calming and tuning in with your soul and inner voice, something that is sometimes difficult for people with lots of energy!

Meditation is a challenge for most, but it may be something you consider working on because the benefits are tremendous, and you may find it quiets your mind and helps in many different ways, not just energy management.

Another suggestion is yoga.  Yoga has countless health benefits but is also an exercise that is great for the mind.

Just some thoughts for you to consider, but remember - you are you for a reason and no matter what people thing, you have a light within you and with the right use of free will, you will find your path and purpose in life and what people think is up to them.  Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words can never hurt me.  Everyone has a choice.  That doesn't mean others choices need to fill us with negativity and doubt the beauty within ourselves.  The purpose I suggest to readers is not to focus on becoming what others want them to be, but learning how to recognize the difference between temptation and virutuous actions.  If everyday one harnesses the light and refuses to give into temptation, then the path he or she creates is what the souls wishes for.  Others may not support it or agree with it.  But ultimately everyone's goal in life is to listen to their own soul and heart and come here to do what he or she was meant to do.  The only person who can realize that purpose is the person himself or herself.

One last suggestion, when you are searching for answers about your path, reread your personal reading.  It can be as simple as one line or two, possibly a paragraph, in that reading that could help you regain your focus on the next step during times of uncertainty.
